HEALTHCARE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT · OPERATIONS · CLINICAL STRATEGY
Turn good conversations into forward motion.
I help healthcare companies identify what is slowing growth, muddying the message, breaking workflows, or keeping good ideas from becoming real-world results.
Then I help fix it, whether the answer is stronger positioning, better relationships, cleaner operations, clearer ownership, or a more practical clinical strategy.
Clinical judgment. Business instincts. Systems thinking. Hands-on execution.

A healthier tomorrow.
A healthier tomorrow.

WHERE I ADD VALUE
Good ideas need more than good ideas.
I help identify the friction between a good idea and the result you actually need.
WHERE I ADD VALUE
Business Development & Partnerships
When the value is strong but the right relationships, message, or follow-through are missing, I help connect the dots.
I help identify opportunities, sharpen the story, prepare the conversation, build relationships, and create a clearer path from introduction to next step.
When good work depends on memory, unclear ownership, or disconnected processes, momentum disappears.
I help identify the friction, clarify who owns what, simplify the workflow, and put practical structure around the work so it actually moves.
Operations & Execution
Healthcare Strategy & Technology
Healthcare solutions often struggle in the gap between how something was designed and how people actually work.
I bring frontline clinical judgment into product, workflow, adoption, messaging, and implementation decisions so strategy survives contact with reality.
HOW I WORK
There is more than one way to work together.
Start with the problem. The right way to work together usually becomes obvious from there.
Embedded Roles
Step into the team where clinical perspective, commercial thinking, operational judgment, or hands-on execution is needed.
Project Work
Take on a defined problem or opportunity, identify what is getting in the way, and build a practical path toward measurable progress.
Advisory & Collaboration
Serve as a sounding board, strategic partner, or outside operator who can challenge assumptions, connect perspectives, and help clarify the next move.
EXPERIENCE I BRING
Experience that helps me see the whole system.
A career at the intersection of care, innovation, and impact.
FOUNDER & OPERATOR
I’ve been responsible for making the whole thing work.
Building and operating a healthcare business taught me what happens when strategy meets customers, vendors, marketing, operations, technology, and the thousand details nobody sees. I help identify opportunities, sharpen the story, prepare the conversation, build relationships, and create a clearer path from introduction to next step.
HEALTHCARE INNOVATION
I work comfortably in the messy middle.
I’m used to working between clinicians, founders, operators, customers, and healthcare companies, where different people often see different parts of the same problem. I help identify the friction, clarify who owns what, simplify the workflow, and put practical structure around the work so it actually moves.
CLINICAL TECHNOLOGY
I understand adoption from the user side.
More than 13 years across acute and post-acute healthcare, along with EMR adoption and super-user experience, gave me a practical view of why workflows succeed, why they fail, and why technically correct solutions still get rejected.
ABOUT
Hi, I’m Jon.
I’m usually the person who notices the thing everyone else is talking around.
I’m a Registered Nurse, founder, operator, and lifelong technology nerd with more than 13 years across very different parts of healthcare.
That range taught me to look for the connections between people, incentives, workflows, technology, and execution.
I like asking questions, figuring out why something isn’t working, and turning ambiguity into a practical next step.
“I care about what happens after the meeting ends.”
LET’S TALK
What are you trying to move forward?
I’m always open to a good conversation, whether you have a specific opportunity in mind or just want to explore ideas.
Something stuck? An opportunity you’re trying to develop? A workflow that isn’t working? A product that needs a clinical reality check?
Tell me what you’re trying to accomplish and where things are getting complicated.
We can start there.
